Today begins the fourth edition of Tast a la Rambla, one of the best gastronomic meetings held in Barcelona.
In this event some of the best restaurants and bakeries of the city meet. Each of them offers a single dish at a single price.
It is a unique way of knowing and trying very different culinary proposals made in Barcelona and at economic prices.
Bubó, like every year, will be there. In this contest our proposal is SIMBAD cake, made with coconut mousse, interior of intense lime, chocolate cake and a light rum syrup.
From Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th in Rambla de Santa Monica, next to Columbus monument.
