Small glasses layered with sweet fillings, also known as verrines, are by now a classic among the fine offerings at our patisserie. Verrines are typically presented in a transparent glass, and are composed of different layers. Bubó’s verrines and mini-verrines are an original and easy way to serve dessert.

Verrines, by design, are created to combine different textures that would be difficult to combine in a traditional cake. The different layers can be creams, mousses, coulis or light ganaches; liquid or semi-liquid. The alternating layers of sponge cake, chocolate, and fruit allow for beautiful compositions that combine bright colors, as well as delicious flavors.
