Petit fours are small pastries meant to be eaten in one or two bites. We often enjoy them after a good feast at a restaurant, and a celebratory banquet is not complete without them. Petit fours are the perfect accompaniment and finishing touch to a good cup of coffee or tea after a meal. So why not include petit fours to finish off our celebrations at home?

At Bubó, we make two different types of petit fours: one with an almond sablée crust, pastry cream and seasonal fruits (raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, figs, etc.) and another with a sponge cake base, our classic Sacher and Opera recipes adapted to this smaller size.

Our petit fours are individually made by our master pastry chefs. At Bubó we prepare these small delicacies each weekend (or by pre-order during the week). We also offer elegant, minimalist boxes so that you can take home a varied selection of these tiny treats.
