Our chocolatiers are still handcrafting our chocolates to ensure that each step has been carried out to perfection and that the layers of each bonbon have the proper thickness and texture.

We prepare Bubó’s bonbons using the best selection of chocolates in the world, mixing cacaos from different origins to get a unique and exceptional flavor. We toast the nuts in our pastry kitchen to ensure that our pralines have the proper flavor and crunch. We meticulously prepare the ganache so that it has the perfect melt-in- your-mouth texture for our customers.
