If something defines the baked goods at Bubó, it is their texture and aroma. Our pastry chefs achieve the distinctive crunch of Bubó’s croissants by using the best butters and flours, and then by folding and layering the dough thousands of times. The delicacy and rich flavor of our brioche, which we prepare similar to a French brioche, is achieved thanks to the spices that we incorporate into the dough and to the long process of kneading and resting.
The pastry chefs responsible for making the croissants and brioche adapt their production process according to daily temperatures and humidity in order to produce the best quality pastries. Our customers are then able to enjoy the finest artisanal baked goods made fresh daily.
We are transported to the streets of Paris with each bite of our croissants and the form of these sweet pastries remind us of small works of art. Is there any better way to start the day than with these baked treats laced with dark chocolate, gianduja, pastry cream, or marzipan…?
