MONOLITS is a project that defines union and strength. Our designer Ernest Ameller Masuet, wanted to redesign mini-nougat and proposed to transform them into thin and long filled chocolate bars. They were called Monolits. This sweet is not only a perfect detail for a Christmas table, but also are a gourmet super snack, ideal for all the year-round. The alchemy of this assortment has been created by our team of pastry chefs, Miguel Gil, Toni Gómez and Kiram Ul Hassam.
