February 2nd to 5th a team from Bubó Barcelona had the pleasure of attending the “ISM 2020 – International Sweets and BiscuitsFair”. The ISM fair, which took place in Cologne (Germany), is the largest international fair and the most important in the world of sweets and snacks.
In addition to presenting our classic picking ranges (chocofruits, choc & rock, cubombons, tuborrons and calendars) and chocolate sculptures, we introduced one of our latest releases: our perforated chocolate tablets or chocolate bars.
The chocolate bars come in 8 different flavors (Cheesecake, Cappuccino, Macadam, Tropical, Matcha, Barcelona, Crunchy Corn & Raspberry and Pop Rock). They are made in our workshop by hand using the highest quality chocolates, nuts and fruits.
As always, the process of designing them has been central to their creation. Not only in terms of flavors, but in formats and packaging. All this, as always in line of constant innovation, avant-garde and excellence that characterize the products at Bubó.
The acceptance of our products by the professionals of the sector and fair visitors was very positive, and the organization was, as always, was extraordinary. It is a great opportunity to gather ideas and contribute with creations that will help to guarantee the future of our industry.
