At Bubó, our team of pastry chefs create cakes that can vary according to season, or according to our customers’ preferences, they are always trying to help the customer find the most appetizing choice at a given moment: fluffy sponge cakes, flaky puff pastries, scrumptious sablées, creamy chocolates, seasonal fruits, the perfect glazes…

The starting point for all of our cakes is based upon the traditional techniques of pastry making. We then employ the latest confectionery methods to improve upon the traditional.

Among Bubó’s offerings are our now classic cakes: Xabina and Sacher. Our signature cake, the Xabina, is composed of fine layers of an olive oil sponge cake with spices, a layer of crunchy praline and cacao nibs, another sponge cake soaked in Madagascar vanilla, and a layer of creamy chocolate mousse.

The raspberry Sacher, a lighter version of the traditional Sacher torte, consists of soft layers of chocolate sponge cake, artisanal raspberry jam, and chocolate ganache.
